In mid-November, Apple released an updated 16-inch MacBook Pro laptops with a “new” keyboard. But there were some complaints from users. True, this time the claim is not for the keyboard.
The forums have already gathered several hundred complaints about the sound. From the speakers of the laptops strange bangs, clicks and crackles sound when playing music, videos or when receiving notifications.
One of the users even recorded a video to visually show the problem.
Another user writes that he tested several laptops in the Apple Store, and such sounds were heard on three out of four.
Apple employees told several MacBook Pro owners that the company is aware of this issue and is already working to fix it. Most likely, you can solve it using the update.
By the way, recently Apple also confirmed the problem with the 13-inch MacBook Pro. At a charge level of 25% to 50%, the devices suddenly turn off.
If you encounter this, Apple advises you to close all applications and in sleep mode, leave the laptop on charge for at least 8 hours. But for this, the battery charge must be at least 90%. After that, upgrade to the latest macOS. If the problem persists, contact a service center.
